The Mighty Mole Hot Dipped Galvanised Ground Screw and Hat Set is specially designed for securing & raising your decking and garden room subframe off the ground.

Mighty Mole 700 mm Ground Screw & Joist Hat Set
1 x Hot Dipped Galvanised Mighty Mole Ground Screw
Fully Hot Dipped Galvanised with an outside diameter of 65 mm, length of 700 mm and average load capacity of 4 KN (0.4 Tonne) for an average deck you have ground screws which can be spaced 1.2 to 1.5 metres apart in relatively solid ground so you do not need as many as you would with shorter and slimmer ground screws.
For subframes being built for decks with heavy loads such as hot tubs and for garden rooms we recommend you install your Mighty Moles 1 x metre apart but do get in touch if you need any advice.
1 x Mighty Mole Hat Set (includes: 1 x Hot Dipped Galvanised Steel Hat, 1 X L Brace & 2 x Bolts)
This has been especially designed with adaptability in mind so even if your Mighty Mole is not exactly positioned to centre the joists, you can spin the Hat and slide the L Brace so that you can still firmly secure your subframe joists to your Mighty Mole.
The L Brace height is 70 mm so can be used with all types of subframe joists 70 mm high and taller.
