Warranty
Mighty Mole Limited warrants to the original purchaser from the date of purchase that for 10 years, under standard use and conditions, Mighty Deck and Mighty Crown boards shall not split, splinter, rot or suffer structural damage from termites or fungal decay.
Mighty Mole Limited and our warranty covers only the replacement or refund of the board/ boards at fault of a valid claim, it does not include any removal or installation costs.
If within 10 years from the date of purchase you believe you do have one or more faulty boards please email info@mightymole.co.uk with your name, invoice number, purchase date, description of the problem and photographs. If we have not responded within 2 working days, please do give us a call in case we have somehow not received it. Once we have confirmed receipt we will either arrange to come and see you at the address it is installed or arrange to video call you so we can investigate the problem.
If your warranty claim is made and acknowledged during the warranty period, and on completion of investigation we have found your claim to be valid, Mighty Mole Limited, within 14 days of the claim being found valid, will either supply a suitable replacement for the faulty board(s) or refund the prorated percentage of the purchase price below.
0 to 1 year from date of purchase- 100%
1 to 2 years from date of purchase – 80%
2 to 4 years from date of purchase – 60%
4 to 6 years from date of purchase – 40%
6 to 8 years from date of purchase -20%
8 to 10 years from date of purchase -10 %
Mighty Mole Limited does not warrant and is not in any way responsible for faults due to-
- improper installation such as but not limited to insufficient substructure, gaps and /or clips. (As advised in every product description, boards must be installed following each aspect of the install guide)
-movement, distortion, collapse or settling of the ground or the supporting structure
-any act of God (such as flooding, hurricane, earthquake, lightning, etc.), environmental condition (such as air pollution, mold, mildew, etc.) or normal weathering (defined as exposure to sunlight, weather and atmosphere, or accumulate dirt or stains.-accidents causing harm to the board(s) staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oil, chemicals, etc.),
-improper handling, storage, abuse or neglect of products by Purchaser or third parties
-ordinary wear and tear
