Cancelation & Returns Policy.
We are a friendly helpful team and will always go out of our way to ensure any requests and reasonable issues are resolved quickly.
Cancellations :
Right to cancel All customers have the right to cancel their orders under UK Distance Selling Regulations which incorporates your rights when shopping online.
If you cancel your order before we have despatched your goods it is no problem at all and we will of course refund you in full. Cancelations are only valid when we have confirmed to you in writing. If you are unsure if we have received or confirmed your cancelation please do not hesitate to phone or email prompting our confirmation.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched and is in transit, We reserve the right to charge you for our costs to the cancelation point and any additional costs for the retrieval back to our depot. We would of coarse call you to discuss the best options, in some cases, especially if we have used a courier or distributor, they may not be returning to Kent and it may be easier and more cost effective if you accept the delivery as arranged and we can sort out the return at a later date ( please see below)
For delivery of products longer than 1.2 metres--
We frequently use a distributor to deliver our products and so it is very likely they will not be retuning to our depot and you will need to keep the entire order with you, in the condition they arrived, until any returns can be organised.
If you refuse the order and the delivery driver cannot keep it on his truck we would need to arrange storage in your area until we can arrange collection, this cost would also be charged to you.
On delivery if there is an issue with any of the order that has been delivered please ensure the delivery driver notes the issue on his/ her and your delivery note and signs them. Take a photo of the note and photos of the issue and send immediately to info@mightymole.co.uk
Returns after receipt of delivery.
If you would like to request a return please let us know as soon as you do and please note you have a maximum of 14 days from delivery to submit your return request.
- Email info@mightymole.co.uk with the subject “return request” and state the invoice number and number of each item you wish to return, the reason for doing so, the condition of the items and where they have been kept.
- Within 2 working days we will let you know if we can accept the return
- Customers are responsible for paying for the collection and delivery back to our depot. If you would like us to arrange the collection and delivery, this must be paid for at the point of booking. Additionally a 20% restocking fee will be taken off your refund total.
- All returns will be inspected and photographed on receipt into the depot. We will only accept unused returns in the condition they were originally received. We reserve the right to reject returns if they are not in the condition agreed. The customer is responsible for the cost of disposing any rejected products. You will be informed of any refund due by email within 3 working days and this will be paid to you via bank transfer within 5 working days of acceptance.
- PLEASE NOTE: Customers have a maximum of 30 days, from the point of order to return any items and if the items are not in the condition agreed/as they were received then we reserve the right to reject them.
