Delivery Costs and Policy

For Standard UK Delivery Areas:

DELIVERY COSTS:

Order includes small items only such as clips and screws- £3.50 and delivered in 2 to 4 days by Royal mail or a courier.

Orders include items with lengths up to 1.2 Metres long - £6-£9.50 and delivered in 2 to 3 days.

For orders including items over 1.2 Metres Long

Inside our local delivery area (Kent, Greater London and surrounding areas-£60 to £90. Please contact us with your delivery postcode and we will provide you with a delivery price and code to apply at checkout. Once we receive your order we will confirm your details and order and arrange a convenient delivery date with you.

Outside of our local delivery area and inside standard national delivery area -£170 to £190 . 

We recommend you order and arrange a delivery date at least a week before you actually need it because, on the rare occasions that there may be issues or delays , it means all can be resolved in plenty of time before your scheduled install date. Even though we always do everything we can to ensure all is well, mistakes and issues can occur and we will not be held responsible for delays on scheduled work.

Please ensure you have someone there to receive, check, unload and sign for the delivery.

We cannot deliver your products if there is no one to sign for it!! If we cannot deliver as scheduled then any additional costs are paid by the customer.

The delivery and driver is insured to deliver curb side only,  so if you initially need it anywhere else other than where it can be unloaded within 4 metres of the truck please arrange for able bodied helpers to be there too, to move it to where you would like it.

For deliveries outside of standard national delivery areas lease contact us before ordering so we can provide a price for delivery.

Scottish Lowlands, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man, Channel Isles, Northern Island, Southern Island
